Acceptance of Terms

Yabaleli is a knowledge-based online app (hereinafter: “the app”).
The app is owned and managed by IQT Media,
address: P.o.box 234 Shilat, Israel (hereinafter: “the company”).

By registering and using our app, you accept and warrant that you:

• Are at least 15 years old.
• Are not located in, under the control of or a national or resident of any country subject to sanctions administered by the United States (including OFAC), the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or any other jurisdiction whose laws are applicable to your use of the Services.
• Have the legal capacity to enter contracts and perform legal actions.
• Have the right and ability to accept and comply with our terms and conditions.
• Will participate in the weekly live program and the daily head-to-head contests if you are among the top 16 scorers for the week.

User Accounts

These terms and conditions govern the use of the app. You fully accept these terms and conditions by using the app and/or its services. You cannot use the app if you disagree with these terms and conditions.

The company reserves its right to change the app's structure, appearance, design, as well as the scope and availability of its services and to charge or stop charging for its content and services at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately after their publication unless stated otherwise.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, discontinue the App or any of its Services, including the ability to register or maintain an account. Any information you provide in connection with the Services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Conduct

You will use the app in good faith and as instructed by the company for private and personal purposes only. You shall not record, copy, reproduce, create a derivative work, perform any harmful or illegal action, or any other action without the company's explicit consent. To win prizes, you must sign up using your email address or social media account and create a username and password.

Content Guidelines

By using the app, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing and analysis of your data, including usage patterns, preferences and interactions, to improve the app's algorithms and enhance its features.

Limitation of Liability

The app's content is presented “as is.” The company shall not be held liable for the content of the app, or any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the app. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the app's content. The company is not responsible for any purchase, product or deal presented in the app shop. All claims should be forwarded to the supplier providing the product.

Account Termination

All rights and/or intellectual property on the app are owned by the company or third parties and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are not allowed to use this intellectual property in an unauthorized manner. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we have adopted a policy of terminating the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Any misuse of these terms, such as unauthorized copying, editing or distribution, is considered a violation and may lead to legal action.

Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy, are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. In the event of a dispute, the user agrees to resolve it through arbitration before taking any legal action, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv-Yafo court.
